We had a really nice day today, we have one more day of vacation and then its time to get serious about finding a job. It was 60 today. It is so nice not having the wind like in Vegas. Theresa cooked tonight we has chicken parm it was very good and it gave Sharon a break.Tomorrow we are going to see Laura's house and Christina's also.

Thanksgiving Day 2010 S.C.
What a nice day, I hope everyone had a Thanksgiving as nice as ours.Great family, wonderful food what could be better! The weather was 64 degrees and on and off sunny.I don't know what the temp was tonight but at 9:30pm I did not need a jacket to walk the dogs. Tomorrow we have to take Luigi to the vet and have his sugar
checked. He was a little wobbley this afternoon and we gave him apple juice to bring up his sugar it seemed to work, so I did not give him his insulin tonight. In the morning I will give a shot as usual and at 9am we will go to the vet.Hopefully all will be fine I will let you know tomorrow.

Happy Turkey Day from South Carolina
Sorry about no post yesterday we got in after 8pm and yesterday was a hard drive. We had torential rain from 8am untill almost 7pm plus we hit Atlanta Ga. at rush hour missed the exit and had to do it over . We thought we would make it here for 5pm but traffic and rain put us behind 3 hours!! But we made it safely The boys were happy to have their feet on solid ground again.. We went shopping today ,the stores are very nice and everyone is very cordial. They have all the stores Vegas has plus more. The weather was in the 70's today.
Friday we will start looking for jobs, but for now we will wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.

3rd day traveling
Hello from Memphis! We left The Scottish Inn and Wetherford Oklahoma behind us at 7 am this morning and
did not look back! We treated ourselves to McDonalds for breakfast (cereal was getting boring). Theresa drove 550 miles today.Oklahoma--Arkansas--into Tennessee, we got in at 5pm. Tomorrow we will be out by 7am and we should be to Sharon and Freddy's (my cousins) by 2 or 3 in the afternoon Simpsonville S.Carolina.
During our trip I have been taking pictures of the boys lounging in the car and enjoying the scenery! I hope you enjoy them as much as I did taking them.
Well I really like this blogging so I am going to continue it even when we arrive. There will so many new adventures I want to share with our family and friends. So please keep on reading and commenting.
P.S. Sorry I did not get to actually get to tell everyone we were leaving Nv.Things happened very quickly and then..............it was time to go!

sunday 11/21/2010 more road trip
Hello everyone,
We got started late today 8:30am. Fun day in the car the boys are very funny in choosing their spots and then changing them, everyone just shifts.When we stop at the rest stops they go out one at a time its easier that way.
We saw alot of road kill today in Texas deer at least 4, coyotes 3 a few small fuzzy animals and even an armadillo!!!!
We stopped for the night just passed Elk City I think the town is Wetherford very nice old style town already decorated for xmas. The best Western did not take pets we are staying in The Scottish Inn.............not so good we will be asleep early and up and out very early! Tonight we will be mapping our route to ensure a nice Best Western that takes pets!

day 1 traveling
We left Vegas at 8am not bad only 1 hour behind. I have to say the boys all settled in very nicely.Sandy curled
up and ignored everyone. Luigi was on my lap for a while then he found a spot in the back. Olly and Elliot chose to look out the back window. At the rest stop we had lunch...turkey sandwich of course..the boys all stretched their legs and it was so windy they could have gotten blown over. Lunch over back in car and on the road again.We stopped at Gallup N.M. for the night.We thought we would make it to Alberque N.M. but it was starting to get dark.Now we are in for the night..almost maybe just one more dog walk. Vivian you did good you can do anything you put your mind to. Marie I can't wait to be settled so you can come and visit.

The adventure of 2200 miles starts at 7am tomorrow 11/20/2010
Well we are finally ready. We have said all our goodbyes, exchanged many hugs and yes a few tears
too. 20 years in Vegas, we have met many people and made everlasting friendships with a handful of
amazing women. You all know who you are, we will miss seeing you in person whenever we want but
we will be friends wherever we are and we will all stay in touch.
